My working day shall start at Vienna´s eldest hotel which is risking its longlasting reputation by employing me in the most sensitive area – production of meals. The hotel seems to be nice and cosy and does not reveal its real size at first glance. Hundreds of rooms host people form all around the world. A team, that seems to support each other in all aspects, welcomes the guests and make them feel at home. I shall have the chance to enter into areas of the hotel a normal guest is not supposed to access. I´ll keep you posted!
